Quality Check
• Our team will check the quality of the goods before shipment whether or not the customer needs to do their own quality check.
• Quality check is an additional service we provide to our overseas customers, you can choose to use this self QC service on the "Check Out" page.
• To ensure customer satisfaction when receiving the products, we can take photos for customers to confirm before delivery and upload the photos of the products to the "Order Details" Page, you can click "QC Pictures"button to view the product photos.
• Through the photos you can confirm the quality of the product before shipping, if you are satisfied you can click the "QC Pass" button, if you are not satisfied you can click the "QC Fail" button and upload the photos with "Flaws"You can also attach a text description.
• Please check the information on the waybill carefully, and check the product QC pictures carefully. (Once the shipment is confirmed, it's not allowed to change)
Payment
In order to meet the payment habits of our customers in different countries and regions, we support our customers to choose different payment methods for payment. Customs Insurance
• The Customs Insurance Service is an additional service we offer to our customers, which is priced at $10 per item. You can find and choose to use this customs insurance service in the size selection area.
• With this insurance paid, we will resend this item only once for free if your products are confiscated or destroyed by Customs. Without customs insurance, Customs issues are at your sole risk. ( Customs clearance are excluded from Customs issues. )
